Savannah finished all of her personal progress work (a program for girls 12-18) and recevied her Young Woman Medallion. She earned it at the end of last year, just didn't present it until she returned from her first year of college. We are so proud of her and all of her accomplishments and not giving up.
The right half of the display table is Savannah's. From the temple picture over are some of her accomplishments/likes/or things that describe her.
The two other girls in our ward were Kaylin and Taylor.
This is the Young Women Leader (LuPrele) who kept kicking her butt because apparently my kicking was not enough. haha (also Taylor's mom)
We were so proud. I even wore my medallion I got many years ago. See mine pinned on my shirt...no chain for it at the moment. She is wearing hers around her neck! You can see it better in the above picture.
