I love/thankful for...Part 5!

This is my great friend, Darrelyn! We became good friends when she was my young women leader! Two of my brothers and I would go on vacations with her and her husband, as teenagers. (He was my brothers Scout leader at the time) She has been like an older sister to me and a great example. She has just plain been there for me always...when my kids were born, cancer scare and many more! She is a great dependable friend and we can talk about anything! Tim sees her more often then me because she and her husband, Jerry, are in "THE BEATLESS"! She always has so much energy and gets the crowd moving. Every year for my birthday she makes me my favorite cake...White Cherry Chip with Cherry Frosting! I can't even remember when it started...it seems like she has always done it! I miss and love her so much and love that even if it has been awhile since we have seen each other we just pick up where we left off!



This is my youngest brother Shaun. He is the most awesome uncle and brother!! He takes nieces and nephews on outings and even over night. He takes them to the movies, out to eat, on short trips, babysits, etc. It does not matter how old they are he takes care of them all. He treats them all like they are his! He is always offering rides to family things when we all are not going...he loves to drive! Which is wonderful to me because of how much I do not like it! Example of how he loves to drive and how much he loves his nieces and nephews...one of my nieces was getting baptized in MO and no one from California could go. He took the time off of work and drove there by himself in 24 hours! He only stopped to make pit stops! Then 2 days later did it coming back! That is what you call an awesome dedicated uncle...it is what he does!


My Mom and Dad...I love them so much and I am so greatful for all they taught me growing up. I can talk to them about anything...I don't even mind when they chuckle when I complain about something and they shake there heads with a little smile, remembering! They have been a great example on how to live worthy of the gospel, remember who we are and keep Chirst in our lives and share it around us. Expecially to let the small things go and focus and what really matters! I never doubted they loved me...and for that I am so grateful!
