Josie and Deb's Road Trip

We had a great time and loved being with family we don't get to see enough. Thanks Mom, Dad and Uncle Shaun for taking us along! We greatly appreciate it!

On our way with Grammie and Grandpa...we passed through, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Kansas and then into Kansas City, Missouri. We took 2 and a half days. Sleeping over twice.

Practicing her stitches kept her busy on the long drive. It is what she did the most.


She even said "Pinky" her favorite dog since 2 months old, needed stitches!

Josie and her two cousins were outside and it started to pour. Since there was no thunder and lightening they got to stay outside and run, skip and sing in it. They live on a cul-de-sac, so they ran in circles in the street. The older three girls were at a girls activity day with Dads for church. They were so excited to have Uncle Shaun and Grandpa there. They each got to have their own "Dad" for the activity.

On the way back, with Uncle Shaun...we started in Kansas City, Misssoui to Nebraska, Iowa, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona and Nevada, and ended in Westminster, CA. We made it in 1 and a half days...stopping to sleep only once.

Bridge into Nebraska...also called the Mormon Bridge over the Missouri River. Here my brother showed me the places he lived here while on his mission, which was really cool.

Movies and Nintendo DS kept her busy on the way home.
