Found out the name of the flower that Josie found at the camp out! She found a picture of it in a gardening book at JoAnna's house when we were there walking the dogs.
It is called a Passiflora, Passion Vine, Passifloraceae.
Name comes from manner in which flower parts symbolize elements of the passion of Christ: the lacy crown could be a halo or crown of thorns; the five stamens, the five wounds; the ten petal like parts, the ten faithful apostles.
Josie thought that it was very cool that we found this on a church campout!:)
