Still believing...

Josie and I were having dinner on our Mommy Daughter Night together. We talked about recently losing her third tooth and the Tooth Fairy and it was going to be Easter soon, so the Easter Bunny and the subject of Santa Claus came up too. She said "I still believe Mom, but some kids at school don't". I asked" What do they say?" She said "They say that Mom and Dads are, but I don't believe that because Mom and Dads can't afford to buy all that stuff." Then she said "If I was a princess I would believe it because we would have lots of money and live in a castle!" She truly believes in magic!
I think she will figure it out real soon and hopefully not be too disappointed. I always tell her Santa Claus is the"Spirit of Christmas" and symbolizes Jesus Christ being sent to us by our Heavenly Father as a gift. That is why Santa brings us gifts! It is a reminder of all our blessings!
