Makenzye is 18!!!

Wow, Makenzye is now 18! I can hardly believe it! She has grown and matured so well. She has a lot of decisions to make in the next few months. We have been so proud of her decisions thus far, we know that she will do what is best for her. We are here for encouragement and support for the start of the next chapter in her life. We love her so much!!!!! We are thankful for her example to us and her younger siblings. She is someone to definitely look up to.

Her Plans
Makenzye sometimes goes away for the weekend.
She goes to my brother and SIL's home to babysit their 4 boys, plus she has a special relationship with Lynnley(SIL) and my brother. She loves to watch their boys and they LOVE having her. She is very comfortable there and is considering their offer to live there next fall and attend the community college there.

She also goes to spend the weekend with my parents. They love having her and she loves being an only child there. She has a special relationship with them both! They have offered her to live there and go to the community college there too.

She of course can stay here to and attend community college, if that is what she decides. Tim and I are supporting her in whatever she decides.

She is doing a good job researching them all and we know she will do what is best for her. Makenzye has not decided yet where she will go or if she will stay. She is still unsure of what she wants to study...so community college somewhere is the best route for now.

I am so thankful for family who can give her options so she can gain some independence from us if she wants.
