PTA Reflections Program

Josie won first place in the PTA Reflections Program at her school. She entered Musical Composition for K-3 graders. It is optional to enter. She will now go up against others in the school district. The theme this year was Beauty is...! She started to sing what she thought beauty was and my talented hubby started to play on his guitar the melody she was singing. The words were coming from her heart and it was so sweet. So she wrote the lyrics, music and sang it. She never does anything halfheartedly .

Beauty is a pretty thing and pretty is--pretty colors,
and beauty is a boy and a girl.
Beauty is a princess and beauty is a flower, and stars,and the moon.
And beauty is a friend,
And beauty is clouds,
And beauty is--animals.
Beauty is a brother and sister and home.
And beauty is love.
